NBL Housing Loan

NBL Housing Loan” for any credit worthy individuals who wish to buy apartment/flat, construct building for residential purpose or renovation of their existing flat/house etc. Depending on the type of need of the customers we define our product NBL Housing Loan in the following way;

    • Housing Loan (purchase of new home):
    • .Housing Loan (Renovation, Extension, Modification, etc):
    • Housing Loan Take-over:
    • Semi-Pacca Building: Facility for construction of Semi-Pacca building

     

    Age Limit:

    • Minimum age should be 25 years
    • Maximum age 65 years at the time of maturity of the loan.

     

    Loan amount:

    • Minimum: Taka 500000.00 (Taka Five Lac) only.
    • Maximum: Taka 20000000.00 (Taka Two Crore) only.

     

    Loan Tenure:

    •  Maximum 25 years or 65 years age of the applicant at the end of the loan tenor whichever is lower.

     

    Debt Equity Ratio: Maximum 70:30

     

    Interest Rate: SMART+3.75% rate of interest.

  • 100% secured (with cash/ cash equivalent security)

Required Documents

Common Documents for All Segments

  • Passport sized recent photographs (standard format) of all the applicants
  • Photocopy of National ID and/or valid passport of all the applicants
  • Photocopy of Latest TIN certificate.
  • Copy of loan sanction letter along with repayment account statements for all the existing facilities of the customer.
  • Letter of allotment (issued by the developer) or Copy of Registered Deed of Agreement for sale (between the buyer and the developer).
  • Rental agreement & house/flat ownership documents (for Landlord).
  •  Renovation quotation (applicable for property renovation)

 

Self-employed Segment (e.g. Doctors):

  • Copy of Certificate of professional degree (e.g. MBBS etc.)
  • Professional Certificate of Membership with respective Professional Association (e.g. BMDC etc.)
  • Self declaration of practice income in chamber.

 

Business Segment:

For Proprietorship Business:

  • Copy of Trade License that reflects minimum 3 (Three) years’ of experience
  • Last 1 (One) year Bank account statement.

 

For Partnership Business:

  • Copy of Trade License that reflects minimum 3 (Three) years’ of experience.
  •  Registered Partnership Deed 

 

For Limited Company:

  • Copy of Trade License that reflects minimum 2 years’ of experience.
  •  Certificate of incorporation (RJSC certified).
  • Certified Memorandum & Article of Association (RJSC certified).
  •  List of Directors/Form XII (RJSC certified).
  • Schedule X.
  •  Certificate of Commencement for business of Public Limited Company.
  • Financial Statement

 

For Landlord:

  • Ownership documents in favor of applicant(s), e.g. Title Deed, Mutation set with latest land tax or holding tax receipt.
  • Valid Rental Agreements and/or Rent Receipts with tenants/lessees.
  • Photos of the rented out properties.

 

For Mariners:

  • Last Employment Contract
  • Copy of CDC (Continuous Discharged Certificate) & COC (Certificate of Competency).
  • Copy of Passport

 

For Wage Earners:

  • Copy of Valid Work Permit/Residence Permit/Work Visa.
  • Copy of Valid Passport
  • Employment Contract/Appointment Letter (must be in English or translated in English) or any other proof of employment, if any.
