This is for the information of Honorable Shareholders of National Bank Limited that the 5% Stock Dividend (Bonus Shares) and 5% Cash Dividend for the year 2019 as approved in 37th Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on October 12, 2020 have already been credited to the BO Accounts & Bank Accounts (through BEFTN) of the shareholders respectively whose names were recorded in the Central Depository System (CDS) on record date i.e. August 09, 2020.
