    Professional Loan

    NBL Loan for professional is partially secured term loan facility (EMI based) for professionals i.e. Doctors or Medical Professionals, Engineers, Chartered Accountants Journalist, Management Consultant, IT Professionals, Teachers etc. only to support their small scale purchase of different equipments, tools and small machineries for installation at their offices.

      Age Limit:

      • Minimum age of the borrower 22 years
      • Maximum age of the borrower at the end of the loan tenor 60 years

       

      Loan amount:

      • Minimum: Taka 50000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand) only.
      • Maximum: Taka 100000.00 (Taka Ten Lac) only or 10 times of gross monthly income which ever is lower.

       

      Repayment Tenure:

      • Minimum: 12 (Twelve Months
      • Maximum: 60 (Sixty) Months

       

      Interest Rate: SMART+3.75% rate of interest

    Eligibility

    • Minimum monthly income of the applicant is Tk.25000.00

    Required Documents

    • Passport or voter identity or driving license or employee ID of Ward Commissioners certificate with photo attachment
    • Employer certificate for service holders of firm/Salary certificate/Salary Slip.
    • Borrower & Guarantor details with recent passport size photograph
    • Copy of uptodate TIN certificate
    • Bank Statement for last 06 months
    • Quotation of the items to be purchased.
    • Copy of  utility bills
